Kensington Place is a good place to rent. The entrance has a picture beautiful pond with a fountain in the middle. It is a great location near airport, grocery stores, hospitals, restaurants schools, and main roads.

Jordan the property manager is amazing. He listens and gets the job done. Maintenance is great he always follows up on requests in a timely manner, never leaves a mess. If he has to leave to grab a tool or other materials he always makes it known.

Very nice place to live. It is very safe for family to stay here. The community and the property are both well kept. I use the amenities here and they are also well kept. Maintenance request are normally handled in a timely manner.
